Guest Room Rates:

• We are pleased to confirm the special Stealth Fighter Association guest room rates during our 25 Year Reunion:
  Deluxe Accommodations:  $139.00 Single/Double. Please be advised that all rates quoted are per room, per night, single or double occupancy.
• When you place your reservation, please let GVR know that you are a member of the Stealth Fighter Association to receive the reduced room rate.  
• There is a $35.00 charge required per room, per night for triple occupancy, and $70.00 per room, per night for quad occupancy. 
• A $19.99 Resort Fee per night will be applied to each guestroom which includes nightly turndown service, daily newspaper, admission to the exercise facility at The Spa at Green Valley (normally @ $30.00) and the scheduled shuttle service to and from the Las Vegas Strip and McCarran International Airport. 
• The above room rates are subject to Clark County room tax, currently at 10%.
• THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT . . . All guests are required to provide a deposit for incidentals at check in.  Guests may provide either a $200.00 per night cash deposit or a credit card to which the resort will authorize a hold of $150.00 per night.  If a cash deposit is provided any incidental charges will be deducted, and the unused portion will be refunded to the guest upon check out.  If a credit card is provided, a hold will be placed on the card for the total number of nights the guest will be staying (i.e. a $300.00 hold will be placed for a 2-night stay).   Upon departure the guest will only be charged for the actual charges and the authorization will be released within 72 hours of departure. This deposit will be required of all guests regardless of the selected payment method of group guests.
  
  

  
  Caution: If you pick up any of these "incidentals" for a few seconds, you will be charged for the items on your bill.
  There is a Price Card on the table that indicates the price of items on the tray and in the refrigerator.
  Check your bill carefully when you check out of Green Valley Ranch.

Note: There is a free shuttle service from the airport provided by GVR . . .
When you make your room reservation . . . if you are "landing" at the airport . . .
please confirm that there will be an airport shuttle schedule at your arrival time.
